FAQ

Material Selection Questions

Still unsure? Our team reviews your drawing and recommends the right material and process path — no charge.

Start with your application requirements: load-bearing or decorative? Indoor or outdoor? Electrical or thermal conductivity needed? Share your drawing and application details — our team will recommend a suitable material and process path within 24 hours.

Stainless steel (304 or 316 grade) offers the strongest corrosion resistance for marine and outdoor environments. Aluminium with anodized finish is also a strong choice. Mild steel requires a protective coating for any outdoor application.

Yes. Upload your DXF, DWG or PDF drawing along with your application details and quantity. We’ll review and provide a material and process recommendation, typically within 24 hours on business days.

Yes. Material type and thickness influence achievable tolerances and edge quality. Stainless steel and aluminium generally hold tighter tolerances. Thicker materials may require wider kerf allowances. We account for material-specific properties in our process setup.

Yes. Many assemblies combine materials — for example, a stainless steel frame with acrylic window panels. We can process both within the same project order, simplifying your supply chain.

Please include: your drawing file (DXF / DWG / PDF / STEP), material preference or application description, required thickness, target quantity, and any surface finish requirements. The more detail you provide, the faster we can quote accurately.
